I Grilled and Ate It- Yum!

Walmart sells this type of eggplant. I tried this before and I found it lack of taste. I fried it back then. We do have the Asian store but you have to make a special trip to get there plus I was not sure at that time if they have the eggplant. I got this lasts week. Cut it up in circles, threw in my indoor grill and was surprised that it taste so good with “Sukang Pinakurat” that I bought online. I had the grilled fish fillet Tilapia too.
